Nice units, affordable as it gets for downtown. Alley units are a little loud, and some of the cabinetry is a little flimsy. Often a decent number of false fire alarms through a year, and maintenance often needs to stop by to replace air filters. But, nice location, lot of great stuff nearby, apartments always clean, no issues. Management is reasonable, never tried to hold me down really hard on exact terms of lease or charge me extra--even though they could have.

I have nothing negative to say about DSB! The experience has been everything I expected living downtown. Kara is the sweetest, most accommodating property manager, one of the reasons I renewed my lease! The staff responds to every request very fast but there is rarely ever any issues!
