This historic home goes back to 1910 and also has soaring high ceilings in all rooms and an inviting front foyer with a large staircase and decorative balusters. The best part of this home is the location on one of the most desired streets in all New Britain. Lincoln Street is only one street away from the popular Walnut Hill Park. Here is there live music, festivals, open green grass, and a very peaceful place to walk. This west New Britain neighborhood is known for its historic homes, scenic roads, and quiet setting bordering nearby Kensington. This location is a mostly single-family houses (lots of Victorians) and 131 Lincoln blends in and does not look like a typical two-family house. The entire house has been renovated with updated kitchens and appliances, new luxury vinyl plank flooring (looks like hardwood), all new professional paint (every room had wallpaper that has been removed!), new Thermopane windows, new natural gas water heater, and a new high-efficiency gas heating system.
