Wow! The view here is breath-taking! I've lived here 7 years & we recently experienced a change in management. They have renovated and updated these places to be cutting edge, fresh beautiful homes. I just changed units & could not be more pleased! Heather & Whitney worked their butts off to get us into a beautiful waterfront unit around both of our nutty work schedules & we couldn't be happier. Spacious, scenic, & modern. We love our safe little community & hope to be here for years to come! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff here is so incredibly flexible, kind, understanding, and helpful. The units are newly renovated and I love them. This is my favorite apartment I've ever had. We have water access and I go swimming multiple times a week. You get a sizable laundry room, in unit laundry. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and are spacious, also the largest bedroom I've had (ever!). They also did not require my household to make an unacceptably high income to live here. My partner and I live here with one cat, and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Maintenance is quick and responsive.
