Love these apartments! My wife and I have been here for almost 3 years and it’s been wonderful. The only thing I can add to making Park Hill perfect, would be getting some electric vehicle chargers. There are multiple residents who have electric vehicles and the only way to charge them is through a wall outlet which isn’t very good. But beyond that, yea the apartments are fantastic

I have been living at Parkhill for almost a year now. The staff are super friendly and maintenance is always quick! My heat went out in the winter and they had stopped by over the weekend (when the office was closed) to drop off some portable heaters until they could get the people out Monday to fix it! They were good portable heaters too, not bad ones that couldn't heat a 10 sq ft area. The situation was handled very well. The surrounding area is beautiful with ponds and trees. The apartments themselves are nice as well. The pool in the summer is very nice and well kept. The location is great with multiple grocery stores under a 10-minute drive away, and a vet that is very close and very good if you have fur babies! Overall, I highly recommend living here.
