Pretty good place to live for a pretty decent rate. Sometimes have to get into contact with maintenance more than once for an issue to be solved but they have been able to rectify and solve any problems I’ve had. Brought me a brand new AC unit when the one that was installed here died. Have had an issue with mice during the colder months but when informed about the problem, they worked on it and got rid of them. In a bit of a sketchy neighborhood but isn’t necessarily the apartment buildings fault, problems happen. Even still, living on the first floor, there’s been no issues with sketchy neighborhood that deals with a lot of theft. Cameras do over look the plot of apartments and parking lot. Better than the apartments I was living in previously and pay more for that ended up exploding. Still have a home after year unlike the previously stated apartment building. (Stella on the Park which used to be Parkside on Alemeda )
