We had the opportunity to live here for six months. The facilities are well maintained and most of the neighbors are extremely friendly. What makes this place extra special is how Ariana treats everyone like VIP tenants. There wasn't a day that went by that she wasn't smiling or had something encouraging to say. She is amazing! Additionally, Ben is top notch. There isn't anything that he won't do even after hours and on the weekends. The world is full of negative people and it could use more people like Ariana and Ben. If you want a great living experience, you can't go wrong living here!

I’ve lived here for one year and had wonderful experience. The facility is very well maintained worth the rent. Modern, clean, functional and very safe. Customer service is another highlight. I did a video tour because I was living in a different state then. There was almost no discrepancy after I moved in. Ben responded very swiftly on every single repair request and he finished his work professionally within the minimal disruption. Julie and Adriana helped me and answered every single question with the most patience. For the move out, I didn’t have any drama as I heard very frequently from other rental apartments. Smooth and peaceful. I highly recommend this place either for a transition or for a while.
