I have lived at Parco for a year now and decided to renew my lease. Leslie, Vincent, and Jasper - all go above and beyond in their roles, making my living experience here at Parco a pleasant one. Leslie and Vincent are always quick to respond to any questions or inquiries I have, ensuring everything is addressed promptly. They maintain a great attitude and contribute positively to the community atmosphere. For the few maintenance requests I’ve had, Jasper has consistently addressed the issues and made sure everything was fixed and as good as new. He keeps the place running smoothly, so a shoutout to him for his hard work. The building is always well-kept and clean. The community areas are fantastic, and the view from the 8th-floor terrace is breathtaking! With panoramic views of the mountains, downtown, the Coronado Bridge, and Navy base, it’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. The highway is easily accessible, making any destination in San Diego just a short drive away. I truly enjoy calling this place home and am glad I found this hidden gem.

I had an amazing move in experience! Thanks to the charisma and professionalism from Leslie Sanchez, all my questions were answered promptly and I was never alone throughout the process. She goes above and beyond to ensure the building is in excellent condition. I’m looking forward to staying here and calling this home!
