I had the pleasure of meeting Monica in the grocery store Tuesday night and she over heard me talking about touring apartment communities this coming weekend. She introduced herself and said she is the regional mgr of 4 beautiful communities in Columbia and would love to have me see them. Monica literally pulled out her phone in line to review with me. I was very impressed. She set up a tour for the property I liked. Met with Shayla and applied. I have never seen anything like that before. Monica was very pleasant, and made me forget about any other community apartment complex in Columbia. I was sold by her attentiveness, care, and professionalism and we were in the grocery store of all places with milk and eggs…lol. 5 stars! Thanks Monica.
