I have been living in this community for almost a year and it has been wonderful! This is one of the best priced apartment complexes in Woodbridge and the location is superb. I was immediately welcomed my Mrs. Elizabeth who really helped me with the entire leasing process. I had over paid on my initial deposit and she immediately helped me with the math and refunded my money. None of the other rental offices I have dealt with in the past have been so helpful and responsive. The maintenance man is ALWAYS running about and working so hard to keep the grounds and residents happy! He is seriously amazing. I rarely ever hear my upstairs neighbors, unless something heavy is dropped. There are some noise issues from the Parkway, but nothing a fan or a tv can't drown out. These apartments are very clean and they do their best to keep pests out. The office does a great job of communicating events and maintenance visits. They also offer recycling! After choosing to live on my own, I am so glad I chose the Crossings at Summerland!

I have been living at Summerland for about a week now and I have no complaints at all. Rene and Elisabeth made everything go so smooth for me when applying. They both are very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The maintenance guys that have met is super nice and friendly. The community is very clean and quiet. The only time I hear noise is from the traffic on prince Williams parkway. There’s plenty of parking for your visitors and the trash area is never a mess even though there’s only one in the community. My apartment is so spacious and was super clean when I moved in. I never hear my neighbors at all. The apartment comes with very nice size washer and dryer. The tub in the bathroom is way bigger than I thought it would be. I just absolutely love my apartment and the location. I definitely recommend this community.
