Monthly. 2 cats max. We love our pets! Pets are allowed at all three of The Meadows properties. No more than two animals are allowed per unit, and a $20.00 monthly pet rent applies for each pet. Cats and dogs have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. A $300 deposit, a $300 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. I love living at The Meadows! Very convenient location and pet friendly! The Staff are very friendly as well as maintenance guys! I recommend The Meadows! The two bedrooms are spacious and the complex is quite!

My Experience here at the Baker Apartments has been really good since I’ve moved in. A Very peaceful place. Plain and simple lay out. A perfect place to start Off with. I don’t plan on living here Forever, so for what it is. Very Nice.
