I have been living in this apartments 2years now. So far my experience has been well, The apartment manager is very friendly and helpful, when there's a Concern or issue at the apartment units, the maintenance crew are fast to get it fix, the apartment manager will make sure you are taking care of. The apartment manager is always trying her best to keep the areas clean outside. It's in a safe neighborhood, I never had a problem with the neighborhood. Everyone gets a parking spot inside the apartment complex, it's safe, and secure. I never had a problem with my car being parked inside or outside of the apartments. There's a pool area, laundry area on site. With inflation, all of the rent went up not a dramatic price, it's still manageable. (Single mother) (first time renting out an apartment)

Great apartments, very clean and quiet. The manager is fantastic! She answers any questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. Any maintenance concerns I've had were addressed quickly and resolved almost immediately. I would definitely recommend. Parkview palms Apts are by far the best apartment complex I have lived in.
