Penrose Apartments have been a wonderful experience to live in! The location is great as it is very close to Campus and also right off of 19th. We’ve had no issues so far regarding any property maintenance and the management has been great!

Penrose is an amazing place to live! The location is so convenient but it's on the quieter side of town. Our neighbors have been so great and we've experienced no issues thus far. The apartment is so modern and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. My husband and I will definitely be staying here for a while.
