Ceiling fans are provided in both the living room and the master bedroom, along with central air in the unit to keep you comfortable year-round. The location is fantastic, with proximity to Trax, Trolley Square, grocery shopping, and a variety of local restaurants. Additionally, the convenience of having 5 parks within a 2.5-mile radius, including Liberty Park, Tracy Aviary, and the Mormon Pioneer National Historic Trail, provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities and recreation. Rent is $1,000 per month. There is a $65 monthly utility fee to cover the water, sewer, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities. The security deposit is $1,000 on approved credit. Small pets (30lbs and under) are allowed with owners approval. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 monthly pet rent, per pet. Please no smoking allowed on the property.
