I went to the office in search of an apartment and the lady that gave me the information, Jeselyn, was very professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to show me arround and explained the application process clearly. I Will consider Gates of Bradenton for my next home because I know that kind of treatment is not found everywhere. I will recommend my friends to rent here.

I have lived here for 2 months and have had no problems... Maintence helped ASAP when my ac went out.. I keep my car door locked and have no problems.. I do laundry later in the day around dusk and no one has bothered me...
