This two bedroom upper apartment has been recently repainted and new flooring installed. The rooms are ample sized and it is an end unit. Eldorado Blvd is just off Hamilton access so has easy access to Clairemont, bus routes, and Highway 94. It is also just off the bike trail. Rent includes, lawn, snow, and garbage service. There is off street parking. There is not a laundry on site. No smoking. Photos are of a unit that has been refinished in a similar fashion.
