All pets must be fully vaccinated, with documentation provided prior to move-in. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $350 applies to the first pet, and $150 for the second. Monthly pet rent is $50 per animal. Please note that renter’s insurance is required for all residents prior to moving in. Beautifully designed apartments, excellent workout facilities with something for everyone and a gorgeous sky deck for grilling and enjoying a night by the fire all in one great downtown location! Underground parking, bike storage & a dog wash are an added bonus. Easy access to restaurants, retail and entertainment. Could not ask for more!
