Every home includes a full‑size, in‑unit washer and dryer for added convenience. The kitchens are designed with modern finishes and come fully equipped with stainless‑steel appliances, including a countertop microwave, full‑size refrigerator, glass‑top stove and oven, and a dishwasher. With generous cabinet space and a practical layout, the kitchen supports everything from quick meals to full cooking routines. Residents may choose free surface lot parking or upgrade to a standard garage space for $100 per month or an electrical garage space for $150 per month. Each apartment is pre‑wired with Spectrum high‑speed internet, a required $65 monthly service that ensures reliable connectivity from day one. We are happy to send an application or schedule a tour. Each person 18 or older must complete a separate application, and the fee is a nonrefundable $50.
