Kraewood Flats boasts three fully equipped fitness centers, an outdoor grilling and lounge area, a dedicated party room, mini movie theater, and a kid-friendly playground. Families will appreciate being located directly across from the Community Education Center and Greenvale Park Elementary School. All deposits are equal to 1 months' rent. Pet deposits are a nonrefundable 1x fee of $350 first animal and $150 additional animals along with a monthly pet rent of $50/mo. Internet is set up separately in each apartment and is $60/month.
