Came in today to get situated for my new place at A1A apartments and Lyndsey has been the best help I could ask for. She’s knowledgeable at her job to answer any question I have or help me with any issues I have. Actually not just today but every time I speak with her. Lyndsey is one of many excellent workers at this establishment and needs a promotion or raise ASAP. Keep on giving the quality service you do everyday.

The location couldn’t be better—just a short distance to the ocean, so beach days are super easy to fit in. It’s also close to restaurants, shops, and everything else you’d want nearby. Lots of different floor plans to choose from depending on your budget and criteria. The assistant manager, Svenja, is awesome. She’s always responsive and genuinely cares about making sure residents have a good experience. Overall, it’s a solid choice for beach living.
