Awesome apartment. I lived here for three years and moved out at end of June. The new company did replace my 60 year old kitchen and appliances. Who can complain? The old manager was super nice but never did anything for us. The new company replaced everything! I only left as my program transferred me to Philthydelphia. Great location and had parking. Would recommend!

The only good thing about this building is its location because it’s very close to PITT and CMU. The building is very old, the elevator, the carpets and all the appliances are very old as well. The doors are broken and our packages were stolen a few times from the lobby. Lobos has recently taken over the management of the building and been trying to make the old stuff look “good” by replacing them with cheap products. They are the worst management in Pittsburgh who only think about making money . They have started the “renovations” for a month now and made our life miserable by all the noise and the disturbance they make EVERY SINGLE DAY from 8am to 5pm. The workers are very loud and made our home a mess! Thank god We are moving out soon! DONT EVER RENT FROM THE LOBOS MANAGEMENT.
