I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews however Cedar tree is under new management with Robin Summers and they have a new maintenance man named Jeremy. I moved in in the fall and I have had a wonderful experience at the apartment and with staff. It really makes a difference when the staff are genuinely kind, prompt and communicative. I felt like Robin and Jeremy went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. I have had bad experiences with pacific rental company and others but this was refreshing and makes me feel safe to live at cedar tree. I highly recommend. Only negatives are, people often do not pick up after their dogs despite ample supply of doggy bags and dumpsters to access. Other than that, the other tenants are quiet and peaceful and everyone seems to keep to themselves. The laundry room could also use a bit of cleaning. It would also be nice if the windows were replaced with something more energy efficient, the cold air blows through under the door and I have to block it with a towel. Otherwise my apartment was very clean, spacious and I loved the loft area.also please note this is not a luxury apartment but it more than suitable to live comfortably for a long time with all basic needs met. I didn't have any issues with pests or maintenance. They did install lovely new floors that are beautiful before I moved in.
