This spacious lower unit features a private entrance with a large porch. There is a large living room area that would be able to fit most furniture and perfect for hosting get togethers with friends or family. The kitchen features ample counter space to utilize while cooking. There are three bedrooms in the unit as well as a bonus room that you could turn into a home office. Lawn care, and snow removal are allocated in the rent amount for $50. All other utilities are not included and are the tenant’s responsibility. Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
