Me and my husband loved living here. The staff members are very nice and helpful. The apartments are very spacios and modern. Also, they're dog friendly, which is awesome if you have one. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend living here!

I just moved in in August 2024. While it is not the most affordable place to live, you definitely get what you pay for. This place has many amenities that other apartments would never provide and the best part is that they are very Pet friendly, including dogs that would normally be banned at other places based solely on their breed. My one year seven month old dog Ajax is a prime example. He loves it here! We can host parties; play various games in the game room go swimming during the warm season; there’s underground heated parking around; and much more!

Been living here since June of 2023! I’m in the 9001 building and we absolutely love it. The amenities are like nothing else! There’s a pool, game room, pet spa, dog run, exercise room, movie room, sky lounge and more. Landlords are the most friendly, helpful and down to earth people you’ll ever meet. The building is immaculately clean! And absolutely beautiful. We have a beautiful balcony that’s very good size! Underground parking is an added bonus! My favorite thing about Lexington Lofts is how safe it is. Everything is by key fob. Which makes it so easy! Just don’t forget your keys, otherwise you’re locked out unless someone is home in your unit or it’s hours landlords are here to help unlock your door, and there’s zero shame because it happens to pretty much everyone at least once. There’s an internal maintenance system so where if something goes wrong like your AC is acting up, you simply submit a service request and you receive wicked fast help! In my experience, same or next day! Even on weekends & holidays. They are pet friendly here too, and even do pet of the month. I use to rent at other apartments & their leases were a million pages long, here at Lexington lofts it’s simple. Do good & be good. It’s also very quiet here, no screaming kids running the halls. I rarely hear the people above me which is great for my dog who’s sensitive. Gene, one of the landlord absolutely loves dogs! He let my dog do zoomies in the office and has gotten on the floor numerous times to play with him. This apartment is absolutely the best place to live and so much is also in walking distance! There’s even a park outside for the kids! My son absolutely loves the maintenance workers and he gets to help some mornings before school. Added bonus this is the ISD 12 school district, my sons bus comes right up to the apartment. I can’t wait to renew my lease and continue to be in a safe, happy, welcoming environment. ❤️
