I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been great. For me it’s a perfect location right next to a nice neighborhood, and a grocery store within walking distance. It’s also been a very safe area to live in. Management and everyone in the office has been great as well.

I have been so impressed with the entire process. My Dad passed and I was looking for a 1 bedroom for my Mom.!I chose Overall Creek initially because of location. We came and Kailee showed us 2 apartments and we decided to move forward with application.! It was quick and we had an approval in just a few days. Background checks take a little longer but I love that they do them. Moved mom in within 2!weeks and it has been amazing. Clean, safe, quiet area. Residents are very friendly and the entire team has been amazing. I would highly recommend Overall Creek
