I’m a firm believer that maintenance makes or break your living community. Sean does a really good job of being quick and efficient with quarterly checks and any requests I’ve put in! Overall I love that management cares enough to upkeep the property as a whole while also throwing cool resident events for us.

I’ve been here at Alder Terrace for almost 3 years now and I love it just as much as my first year here. VERY quiet, which is something I mention in every review because to me, peace and quiet is very important. This community is one of the best ones I’ve ever seen or been apart of. I feel a sense of trust here and with all of the residents, even without meeting them all. Nobody has ever created a bad or negative experience here. Oh, and Saralyn is the heartbeat of this community. She does everything in her power to make as close to perfect living as possible. She puts in the work and it shines through the whole neighborhood. She even has started making community nights on nights I have off during the week, because I would miss all the weekend ones. We need a Saralyn appreciation day! If you ever need maintenance, they are there for you asap! It’s just so nice to not just be another apartment number to them, they know you by name and love getting to know the residents. It’s just a wonderful place to call home, I highly recommend Alder Terrace Apartments.
