Best place! Me and my wife have moved around several times due to military orders and the Landings have been the best apartments we have lived in. The units are nice and spacious. The apartment areas are very safe and family oriented. The staff is top notch! They are always having events that are fun and entertaining. We will miss it. Highly recommended!

throughout the time i lived, the maintenance was good, friendly staff and well maintained society. the maintenance staff is pretty good too. Heidi and Xenia been helpful alot.

I have lived here for the past two years, which have been nothing but pleasant experiences. I am honestly shocked to see some of these negative reviews, as I have not experienced anything remotely close. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt with my experience, this was wroth a review! Specifically, I will hit on all aspects of my personal experience. This was my first apartment on my own and the staff has been nothing friendly, helpful, and constantly available. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, everything was addressed within less than 24 hours. All maintenance requests that were put it were also addressed and resolved within a few days. My requests ranged from small to large issues (e.g. filters needing to be replaced in the fridge, issue with the washing machine, issues with a dripping faucet) with everything being addressed in a timely manner: within a day for more urgent requests and less than 3 days for non-urgent requests. The communication was clear and all issues were transparent to me. When maintenance attended to these issues while I was home, they were nothing but friendly! As for overall communication, I think the staff did an amazing job not only keeping the residents up to date on community events, but also letting the residents know of any changes within the community. I have been a resident through the COVID-19 pandemic, and although times have been hard to adjust, the staff has worked to ensure residents are safe. I truly appreciate the upkeep of the cleanliness of both halls and community areas in order for residents to continue to have a life as close to normal as possible. Although I did not attend many community events or get close to any neighbors, I appreciated the feel of the community itself. To me, it feels very family friendly and welcoming to all people. I felt safe and comfortable with the location of the apartment and my neighbors. Neighbors and staff simply smiling, waving, and saying hello really made a difference to me for comfort. In terms of my apartment itself, I did have a newly renovated apartment at the beginning of my lease. The cabinets and appliances were beautiful, the rooms were all spacious, and I had plenty of storage places. The only non-positive opinion I have is the noise. The walls are by no means sound proof, but the noise levels never raised high enough to be a problem at all. Most of the noise only came after the pandemic hit, which is obviously understandable as everyone is still adjusting to a full time life at home. Overall, I would highly recommend to my friends/family or anyone considering joining this community. It was a great location for me with a 6min commute to work and 5min drive to many food options. I enjoyed my time here and am happy to have such a good experience in my first apartment!
