We loved the location and amenities The only thing that was disappointing was that most of the activities were that were promised were canceled during our time there 2021-2023(food trucks, pool parties, and other resident get togethers). The saving grace was that we had a great leasing agent (Sean) that was a good go to person and definitely have to shout out to the Maintenace (Alex) who was always taking care of the grounds and addressed ALL of our requests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
I’ve been a tenant here for two years since it opened. Haley has always been helpful and very responsive when it came time to Renew my lease, or with any other questions or concerns I’ve had. Ever since she took over everything has just ran a lot smoother, and the energy is lighter and friendlier. The Maintenance guys here, Alex and George are amazing, work hard, and so helpful at all times. If you’re a good tenant who pays their rent on time, and treats everyone nicely who works really here, shouldn’t be issues. I just renewed my lease last month because I feel comfortable with Haley, and the other leasing agent, Kiara.

Living here so far has been great, I moved from out of state and the team here went above and beyond to ensure my moving process was smooth. It honestly couldn't have been any better! I love living at this property, the apartments are nice and new and the location is great! Every staff member I've met has been lovely as well, from leasing to management to security to maintenance. The amenities are awesome too
Love living here. Just renewed on my 3rd lease. So convenient with their amenities and surrounding businesses. The maintenance crew especially Alex have been amazing, my apartment still looks brand new because Everytime I need something done like a bulb replaced Alex is always around to help.

This is the only apartment that I have ever seen my family 100% happy with the maintenance people. Eric was absolutely professional. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed how long it would take he was pleasant he didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him in anyway and I can only hope that all of the rest of the maintenance team is like Eric

I recently renewed my lease, and I hesitated at first but I realized Elysian at the Palms is the best fit for me. Management is top notch and attention to detail. Everyone is super polite and knows me by name. I bump into front desk or maintenance all the time and they are always polite and say’s hi. Front office is amazing, I do miss my girl Haley, but Kiara and the new girls are great and always super nice and friendly to everyone. Maintenance is always on point, if I ever have any issues, both Eric and Alex always go above and beyond. I see them in the hallway or elevator a few days later and they ask me if the issue I had is giving me any more issues. Top notch staff here. That the reason why I just extended for another year. The gym here is why I don’t go to 24hr or LVAC any more. The gym If my favorite place to be. The view of the LV strip is breathtaking Trust me and take a tour and see what great service is all about.
Kelly was my tour guide to see the property! She's been amazing and entertaining ! I love her energy and how she is very attentive to my needs for an apartment. I would definitely recommend seeing her when you decide to book a tour. Thank you so much Kelly!!

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life while being a resident at Elysian at The Palms. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to renew/extend my lease with Elysian at The Palms for the remainder of my stay in Las Vegas and I strongly recommend this property to all of the incoming residents of Las Vegas. In some ways, your management team can make or break your living experience it’s all in the service. Thank you so much Ms. Kiara Moore and staff.
