We loved the location and amenities The only thing that was disappointing was that most of the activities were that were promised were canceled during our time there 2021-2023(food trucks, pool parties, and other resident get togethers). The saving grace was that we had a great leasing agent (Sean) that was a good go to person and definitely have to shout out to the Maintenace (Alex) who was always taking care of the grounds and addressed ALL of our requests in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

I’ve been a tenant here for two years since it opened. Haley has always been helpful and very responsive when it came time to Renew my lease, or with any other questions or concerns I’ve had. Ever since she took over everything has just ran a lot smoother, and the energy is lighter and friendlier. The Maintenance guys here, Alex and George are amazing, work hard, and so helpful at all times. If you’re a good tenant who pays their rent on time, and treats everyone nicely who works really here, shouldn’t be issues. I just renewed my lease last month because I feel comfortable with Haley, and the other leasing agent, Kiara.
