Hampton Farms was our very first home together and my husband and I absolutely loved our four years living here!!! The staff is incredible - everyone we interacted with was always so kind and quick to respond and help however they could! The maintenance team surpassed our expectations everytime, fixing whatever issue we had within a few hours of placing a request and they were always polite and respectful when entering our home (and our cat loved getting extra attention and pets from them!). The newly renovated apartments are stunning and the surrounding area was perfect for us with a Kroger within walking distance, sidewalks to walk and run, plenty of great restaurants and shops on Alexandria Pike and even more within 20min drive (Cincinnati, Newport, Crestview Hills all super close!). It is truly a lovely and beautiful place to live and we will miss it! If we didn't have to move to GA for my job we'd have definitely stayed several more years!! Can't recommend Hampton Farms strongly enough - thank you all for taking such good care of us! :)

The newly renovated buildings are gorgeous and every detail was thought of in the process including outlets, shower rod, light switches, etc. The commute to NKU is very nice and convenient. The outside area is always landscaped and clean. The maintenance makes this place the best. Everything is fixed right away and they are so friendly.
