ABOUT ALOHA ABODE: The building has a common area set up as a living room/kitchen and backporch area perfect for hanging out, bbq's, enjoying the waterfall, relaxing or eating some of our home grown veggies from the garden. Aloha Abode is a clean and organized building. There are washers and dryers and an area to hang dry. There is a bike room for residents bike and surfboard storage along with community bikes and surfboards for you to use. We also have a pond with a resident turtle "Queenie" and a big fish "Oscar". ABOUT THE AREA: We are located in the Kaimuki area on 2nd Ave. The building is walking distance to many grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, food, bars, etc. We are centrally located near UH Manoa and less than a block from Chaminade University. The house is close to Waikiki, Diamond Head and Kahala and ½ block from the local area bus line which also has the free Rainbow shuttle running to UH. We're centrally located, with super easy access to H1. Less than a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, Ala Moana or Kahala. We are conveniently located in the area where Kapiolani and Kapahulu intersect, and where Beretania and King come together, with super easy access to H1. Rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, such as electric, gas, water, and trash. It also includes internet and cable! There is private reserved parking for $50/month.
