No care or meal services provided Pets: $250.00 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit and $25.00 monthly pet fee. $75.00 monthly Cable TV, Internet, and Telephone (not optional) Community area maintenance fee $35.00 per month. INCOME CRITERIA: There is an income criterion for our apartments so with your application we would need verification of: Social security benefit letter Retirement plan statement Paycheck Subs (two pay periods) Annuity statement(s) Two months of checking and savings bank statements Thank you for your interest in our properties.
