I love everything about this place! The staff and residents are amazing and the building is so clean and modern. I have so much fun at all of the resident events they hold, like cook-outs and axe throwing, etc., and I especially like the on-site work-out room.

I like this apartment because it is always clean and tidy. The residents always open or hold a door for you and help you out when you need it. The CAs are there timely if you have a maintenance or residential issue. It’s a good spot to be living in.

I’ve lived at the Reserves for 3 years now and have seen it through all of its ups and downs. Our current manager, Hailey, has improved this place ten fold by adding new yard games like tether ball, badminton and more. They have maintenance on site so things get fixed super quickly, not to mention the cleanliness of community areas is better than ever! There are always events going on and it’s just a really lively place now a days :) Rent has also lowered since moving in so that’s a huge plus! Absolutely outstanding 🙌🏼

I love this place. It made me feel at home away from home. The staff was always very nice to me and had fun activities that brought the residents together.

The Reserve is an awesome place to live! There are events that happen regularly, the staff is really nice, and it is an affordable place to live.

The Reserve in my opinion is an awesome place to be. As an athlete at UWSP, the reserve provides very convenient travel to campus and back and is close to basically everything. Anyone looking for a nice, comfortable and clean place to live, then the reserve is just the spot for you!

Like a light in the night this place will shine. The staff and building are both mighty fine. From the first to fourth floor every room is complete, all you pay is rent and for heat. You may have to park a little bit far, but it's worth it for Kent may tow your car. If health is your life and what you do, run on down to the fitness room. Watch a movie, film, or play, in the theater both night and day. If board games are what makes your brain run free, the second floor is the place to be. When the day is done and you need a break, on the patio a bonfire will wait. If biking makes your legs go wild, store it in the bike room for a while. Jules will make your stay real nice and Ben will show you his plants and mice. A band may play if you're lucky enough, sit for a while for they know their stuff. If you're looking for coffee or treats to eat, then the front desk counter can't be beat. When the foosball table beckons your name, on the first floor you shall find this game. If mail or a parcel is what you seek,your mailbox might just be due for a peak. If your apartment is where the day always ends, it's made even better when you live with your friends. If something breaks or is a bother, don't be afraid to give Jamin a holler. If college brings you fun and glee, then The Reserve Student Living is the place to be.
