I've been living here for close to six months now and I must say, the management here is really top tier. Anytime I call for a repair or maintenance, they respond almost immediately and take care of the issue so promptly that I'm genuinely surprised each time. The trash valet is awesome and they're so on top of everything. Obviously, to every management company there are pros and cons, but I must say there are way more pros than cons with 209 Pickwick. I would highly recommend living here 🙌🏻

It has been a little over a month since we moved into 209@Pickwick Apartments. My husband and I are very happy with our choice for a new home. We have the Vintage Apartment, one bedroom, which was the most economical for us. The community we live in is Amazing! It is quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors are friendly, even the dogs that live in our building, greet us when we pass each other in the hallway. We love that our neighborhood is very family oriented and its really nice to see families walking together to attend religious services. It makes for a special kind of environment to live in. There are a few things we would love to upgrade like, a refrigerator that has a freezer with a light in it. We had one where we lived previously. Also, a stove that registers when you have reached the pre-heat temperature, this one doesn't have that feature, so you have to guess if its hot enough. And the toilet is very low to sit on. We were told it is standard. Maybe so, but it is too low for me, The step into our apartment is very high and could be dangerous. Our movers tripped on it, and if we aren't at the door to remind people to watch their step, someone could definitely trip and hurt themselves. I hope not. We were told that if we are to have that changed, we would have to pay out of pocket. That may be something the management may want to consider changing in the future because it can be a danger. Saying all of this, we are pleased our new home is safe, comfortable, attractive and affordable. It is exactly what we need to start our new life together. We couldn't think of a better place than 209@Pickwick. We didn't have a chance to experience the pool this year. Maybe next year. And we must take advantage of our fitness facility room to keep ourselves in good health. Its great to have a fitness center already included in our rent. That takes away from having to pay an extra fitness club bill. We love the washer/dryer that is available in the kitchen and the dishwasher too. Our deck is awesome too! Every maintenance request we have made, has been promptly responded to. Thanks to the Maintenance Team! The grounds are kept well, grass cut regularly, hedges trimmed, and debris removed in a timely fashion. It was nice to open my apartment door and see one of the maintenance team vacuuming the carpet. Not sure how often they do that but it helps especially with dogs in the building. I would love to see the carpet cleaned too and smelling fresher. Maybe that is yet to come. We are so grateful to the leasing office team who assisted us with moving into 209@Pickwick. Shana, Daniel, Brandon, Robin, Najia, have all been such a help to us from the submission of our application to our move in. We were accommodated on every level, and things taken into consideration that we needed. Every staff member was kind and considerate. Shana, made sure we got the apartment we needed that was best for us and for our time frame to move. She went out of her way to answer our calls, and answer any questions we had. Daniel always answers our questions and offer suggestions. This is really a stellar team working together at 209@Pickwick and we are very, very happy to receive the help and support we have from them. We always feel that whatever we are needing is important and any question we have is important too. The office is not only beautiful, but the people serving there are also. Thanks 209@Pickwick for the beautiful flowers we received when we moved in. It was a nice touch and made us feel welcomed. Within this month, we can only say, we are pleased to be a part of this community and would recommend it highly to anyone. If you are looking for an economical, one bedroom apartment with a very nice patio/deck, in a quiet neighborhood, family friendly, and near schools, a grocery store/shopping center and kind and courteous staff that work hard for you, this is a great place to live.
