Overall, it has been a great experience at Sono Harbourside, so I signed another year! Josephine and Sam are always helpful whenever I have questions or needs. Building is well cared for and they are always doing nice things for residents.

Where do I start? Sam is the best. Truly. I knew I wanted to move in immediately. He’s great at his job, so professional and thoughtful and is always incredibly kind and all the dogs love him, and the cats wish they could leave their apartments more so they could hang out with him too. Love!!! They make a stellar management team with Josephine and Gustavo also very attentive and responsive, maintaining amazing facilities, providing remarkably thoughtful resident activities and local partnerships, beautiful holiday and seasonal decor, attentive maintenance, pristine and immaculate lobby and hallways. Adorable pet neighbors, kind and considerate next-door neighbors. Spacious apartments with fair rent per my experience. Beautiful view, great neighborhood. Rooftop pool, rooftop fire pits & grills, in-unit washer dryer & dishwasher & garbage disposal, large closets.. I can go on. I also had to pick from hundreds of photos to get to these. One general note, facing south is bright - not just here. Great for direct sunlight which my cats adore, and it is also bright throughout the night. Might recommend drapes or curtains if you are sensitive to that. Thank you thank you thank you. I said Love on Day 1 when I toured with my Aunt. I stand by it. ❤️💙
