We’ve lived here over two years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The neighbors are kind and it is a quiet complex. The property manager, Stacey, has always helped with anything we need. Steve, who does the maintenance and upkeep, is the man! He’s gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions, from helping us move in to helping us get our items hung up on the wall. Anytime we’ve had a maintenance request he’s very quick to respond and resolve any issues. We’ve never had any issues with community areas. It’s a short walk to the village, close to vons and sprouts, and a little skip to hop on the 8, 94, or 125, but yet it’s nestled in a residential area so there isn’t much traffic and commotion. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place because you really can’t do much better.
