Been living here for three months so far and I’m happy! They’re are some neighbors who seem very dirty and disrespectful in the way that they’ll leave traces of trash laying out In common areas I constantly gotta clean my front porch from random pieces of trash laying around and then there’s the neighbors that have pets and don’t like picking up after their dogs and having them off leashes running around freely. Other then that everything inside my home has been great maintenance is awesome they get to resolving any problems u might come across! I haven’t had problems with roaches inside my home but I also tend to keep my home really clean I think that’s the main issue when it comes to roaches. As long as ur home is constantly clean they shouldn’t be an issue. At least for me I have had pincher bugs get inside from under the front door but I tend to keep the area sprayed with bug spray to deter them from entering and also had them replace my weatherstripping and that has significantly made a difference. I can’t stand bugs at all so the min I see one even if it’s by my door outside I have them come spray outside for me and it has helped keep the inside of my home bug free. As far as management Donna is great and extremely professional. I’m happy with apt and content with the amount I pay especially today with the insanely high rental prices with inflation. You would hope that more ppl followed their lease agreements when it comes to the common areas and picking up after their pets especially when they poop!
