I cannot start to explain how great my experience has been since living here. Van is the best human on this earth. She is so professional, polite, and always responds quickly. Most of the time you are able to find open parking on the street. I love my cozy well kept apartment, there is always hot water and we have the best appliances when it comes down to the washer and dryer, fridge and stove. The apartments are well made and I hardly hear my neighbors. Thank you Van for everything you do!

(Review after 11 months of living here) Made the tough & unfortunate decision to leave Greenfield due to the paper thin ceilings/floors. Paying a premium price isn’t worth being able to hear every single thing our neighbors are doing & having your personal privacy disrupted in a place you should be able to call home. Being treated with hostility by the neighbor was no walk in the park either… :( Would’ve loved to stay but the experience has already been ruined. Definitely a great place to live if you’re not living under someone. (My opinion about the rest of Greenfield being really great still stands. It was a very hard decision for me to decide to leave.) (Review for after 1 month of living here) Overall, a decent place to live that I would generally recommend. The unit comes with new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, in-unit washer & dryer). The interior design of the unit is spacious, bright & clean, with lights in every room. Management is organized & easy to communicate with, & the moving-in process went smoothly. The online portal for maintenance requests & paying rent is very easy to use. Assigned & guest parking is pretty good, never have any issues with not finding parking within the complex. The biggest downside for me is the ceiling/floors are extremely thin for a new-build apartment complex. You can hear everythinggg going on upstairs (which is a little disappointing because we moved to escape noise from our previous place). Another personal downside is unleashed (sometimes unattended) dogs in the courtyard, but I’ve learned to mostly avoid it & take my dog to the streets for walks. Other than those two things, everything else is pretty good & I hope we can stay here for a while.
