Shopping for all daily needs and entertainment is conveniently close by. The beautiful Rice-creek trail system is within walking distance as well as other recreational parks. Video walk through is posted on Guardian Property Managements website and shows current condition of the home. The unit opens to the living room with a wood burning fireplace at its center. There's also a deep coat closet right next to the entrance for convenience which has extra storage. The kitchen has just been updated and provides plenty of room to eat-in and provide for all of your cooking activities. Both rooms are a good size and have large windows to bring in plenty of light. The bathroom provides an extra-long vanity and extra storage in the hallway for ease of living. The newer windows will also help with that energy bill! The shared laundry room provides enough space for all your laundry needs, and each unit has their own dedicated washer and dryer. The garage stall for the unit also has built-in storage for housing all of your tools and toys. The expansive backyard backs up to a wooded area to provide plenty of space and privacy for activities. Snow removal is a shared responsibility with the upper unit, and lawn is provided by the owner. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $40mo, Cat fee $25mo) As a Resident you are responsible for gas and electric. Renters insurance is also required. The water and trash is provided by the owner. Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
