I have lived here for about 3-4 years and I can honestly say it was the best time. I had no issues what do ever with the managers. They gave me a chance on my first apt and I will always be grateful for that. I loved the area and it was peace wish nothing but the best to who gets a chance to move in here.

I have lived here for 2 years and can’t say anything bad about anything from the management to maintence. Today I called because it was 95 in our apartment the ac was blowing warm air I called and within 15 mins someone was at the door ready to check it out fixed it within 30 mins. I’m glad to have great managers that get stuff done anytime we need them!!!!! Would recommend Parkwood to anyone I know !!!!🌟
