I have lived in many apartments over the past 10 years and Lenox Village is the first to truly feel like home. The office staff is AMAZING! Always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been prompt and does great work. Love that they have a grounds crew keeping the community spotless! Everyone is always so friendly and greets you with a smile. There is a strong sense of community. The parties they host are an added bonus of being a resident there! I am so glad we moved into Lenox Village!

The Lenox Apartments are wonderful! The office staff go way above and beyond to answer any questions or needs. They will also check back to make sure everything is complete. The grounds are so beautiful and kept up daily. If you submit a work order, they call and let you know when they will come over to fix it. This place feels like HOME to me. I feel very safe and love getting to know all my neighbors.

Living here at Lenox Village has been very important to me for many reasons. This was the first apartment that I solely owned the responsibility for AND it was the first apartment I got in Nebraska while also being my first true home after getting my life back. The neighborhood is beautiful. There’s so much convenience in arms reach. My neighbors are, BY FAR, some of the better neighbors I’ve had (as far as keeping the building comfortable and peaceful). I almost lost my home due to life circumstances (which I take full accountability for) and I was in complete despair. I felt like I failed after all the fighting and battling to reclaim my life. I’m very good at keeping lines of communication and I was open with management about it from the very beginning. It was a long 2 months of falling behind, and trying to find a job that could keep my head above water, and the office had tried their very best to work with me. Everything truly felt like it was broken and scattered. Anyway, to make a very long story shorter… Sharla, Jen, and Victoria displayed a level of compassion, kindness, and sincerity that I have never experienced before in a complex management team. Because they had faith in me… because I put in the work to fix what I had broken… they granted me so much grace and mercy to save what I desired most…. My home. Thank you guys, so much, for exhibiting compassion and support on the level that you have. I know that it’s hard to always make thing happen when policy and protocol are involved and there’s limitations on what you can do… but you really held me together by reminding me not to give up even when I felt I was too far gone. This isn’t meant to be a sob story… just a testimony that my experience here will be one that I never forget (in a good way). I hope this also allows people to feel strong and encourage them in never giving up no matter where or what is happening. I’m happy to give them a great review as well because aside from my story, my home is beautiful to me. Its clean, its sturdy, well designed, and carries a warm and safe feeling. I think we all deserve that. Thanks again Lenox Village/Richdale. Your team is special.
