Military friendly and pet friendly! Stayed in these luxurious apartments for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved the apartments. Oliver is such a grateful and friendly maintenance person and always ensures a rapid response and the apartments are fully functioning. I’ve only had to put a few request and those times it’s been same day fix. Elainie the community director is such a joy to speak to and a wonderful soul, also always ensuring the community is well kept and your satisfaction. These apartments are the few that actually invest in their properties which makes the community look very pleasant. There was an issue with mail theft however they fix that issue rapidly which made me feel that they are fully invested in the safely of the community. Jasmine was also very helpful and very responsive when moving away. I’m sad that I had to leave due to Military obligations however without hesitation if I am assigned back this is my #1 choice. Assigned Parking or outside parking with reasonable walking distance.

This will be my 9th year living here and I still love it! Because I live in West Anaheim, I feel it's necessary to post updated reviews because I used reviews when considering this community and choosing to live in Anaheim. The community is smaller, quiet, clean, and well maintained. That's because of the great management and maintenance teams. When I first moved here, Elainie was the manager and Lamar was the maintenance supervisor. The look and feel of the community is what helped convince me to move here, even though I was looking for something less expensive. Elainie is still the manager and Jasmine is the leasing associate, and they continue to keep this community running smoothly. They send out community emails that discuss various topics and updates, and you can see that they care about the community. The ladies are approachable, professional, and always helpful! After Lamar, there were a couple maintenance changes, but each person did a great job and I never had any issues with them or their work. Now Oliver is the maintenance supervisor and there is a new porter Manuel. Oliver is easy to talk to, friendly, and I've had no issues with the maintenance requests. On a recent apartment inspection, both Oliver and Manuel came and they were so kind and understanding of my 2 small barking dogs. They allowed me time to take my dogs outside while they completed their inspection. I didn't realize they had finished and I was still walking around, when they both went out of their way to catch my attention to tell me they had finished. They were already in another apartment and took the time to step outside to notify me; they could have just kept working and let me figure it out on my own. Manuel is very hardworking and makes sure the grounds are kept clean. I never see trash lying around and the dog bag stations are always stocked. We have cobblestone walkways and Manuel constantly power washes to clean any bird droppings. He is very respectful and waits to the side, if you need to walk by. He cleans the BBQ grills daily and I live in front of them, so I see him detailing and even polishing the grills. Manuel even cleans the spider webs from the stair railings and by your front door, which is really a nice bonus! The laundry rooms are always clean; the machines aren't filled with soap residue and the counter and floors are cleaned daily. It's so nice to have a clean area to wash your clothes. Unfortunately some residents don't clean up after themselves, but Manuel does a fantastic job cleaning up after everyone. Republic Trash Services went on strike for a couple weeks and the trash built up so much that people started dumping trash bags on the sides of the dumpsters (even though management sent emails). Poor Manuel was out there in the mornings gathering trash bags, getting dirty from ripped bags, and hosing down the dumpster areas to make sure no pests or ants got near the trash. He did this daily until the strike was over and trash pick up went back to normal. A porter job is mainly dealing with all the cleanup that no one wants and Manuel does it without complaint, it seems. Every morning, I pass him and his cleaning cart, and he always says Hi. I moved from my previous community because the new team was rude and it was always a hassle dealing with them. I'm so happy that I found Sundial. It was worth the cost and hassle of moving. I still highly recommend anyone looking to move to a comfortable community, to check it out. A huge thank you to Elainie, Jasmine, Oliver, and Manuel. You guys play such an important role in making this place feel like home!
