These spacious 1 and 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unfurnished apartments for rent in Hiawatha are newly remodeled with new flooring, paint, lighting, cabinets and provide ample closet space. The property is located just minutes to I-380 and a quick 10 minutes from downtown CR. Convenient location to grocery, gas, parks, restaurants and movie theaters. Our buildings are smoke free there are onsite coin operated laundry machines on each level. Garages are available to rent along with an abundance of off-street parking. Come check us out! $25 Application Fee (non refundable) Renters Insurance Required Cats and dogs (under 60 lbs) welcome with a pet fee ($300 per pet) and $35 per pet monthly rent. All other animals subject to same pet policy. Deposit - 1-2 month's rent or an Obligo deposit-free alternative option. Monthly income must be minimum 3 times the monthly rent and be verifiable. Must not have any prior evictions. Must not have any felony convictions for violent/armed crimes ever and fraud/trafficking illegal substances in last 10 years. Credit and background checks will be run. A lower credit score does not automatically disqualify you. Photos are of similar unit in building.
