I loved living here so much. If I ever move back to LA, I will be coming back here! I had no problems with my neighbors being loud. Heck, my neighbors were super helpful when I moved out! People I never spoke/seen came out of their apartments when I was moving out to help me load my truck! We had parking permits for about 6 months before a spot in the covered parking opened up, but I never had a problem finding a spot in the permit area, or on the street. Only problem I had was that the high school kids would smoke up the streets, but they were always respectful and never caused trouble.
