I absolutely love living at C-Square! I enjoy the location as it is right on Franklin street and close to campus. The apartment complex is very clean and the leasing office staff/maintenance are helpful and quick to solve any issues. I will be living at C-Square for my third year as of next year!

Amazing place to live and super helpful front office and maintenance teams! I've lived here for 2 years and cannot applaud the maintenance guys enough, especially Jeremy Gunn. Put in a request for help with my shower drainage and he quickly fixed the issue and went beyond to also upgrade other appliances in my bathroom. Super great guys and efficient work whenever you need it. I’d also like to give a shout-out to the front office employees, who are always eager to help with any issue and are exceptionally friendly with residents. Cameron, in particular, recently joined the team and has already assisted me with numerous tasks, always showing the utmost patience and kindness. He even goes above and beyond by taking the time for friendly conversations whenever I grab my morning coffee from the front office.
