Update after one year as a resident!! - This was the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at. The BEST rental experience in general. The entire complex is so well maintained, with routine updates and cleaning through out the year. The staff was always so friendly and helpful, from the office team to the maintenance guys. Everyone living here was friendly and welcoming. The amenities are top notch too! Seriously - if you're considering the Morrisville area, live here!! You will not be disappointed! Today is one week for me living here at Broadstone Trailside so let me share the awesome experience I’ve had leading up to today! Chase toured me around the property 2 months ago and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the area. I felt comfortable to ask any questions and talk through furniture logistics with him. I came back a few days later just to see the floor plans again before making a final decision and the asst. manager took the time to help me choose a floor plan (I’m indecisive at best) and even helped me measure certain areas to make sure everything would fit! Needless to say, I submitted my application before I left and had been counting down the days until move-in day. Chase reached out the day before to follow up on anything the office still needed from me which made getting my keys a quick and easy process! The apartment was clean and quite honestly perfect. I’ve had a few questions/requests in my week here and the office/maintenance team took care of them all immediately. So far everyone I’ve met around the complex has been friendly and welcoming. Thank you Chase and the Broadstone Trailside team! I’m so happy to be here!

My son moved in here a few months ago. Everything from the beginning has been so smooth. Joyce helped every step of the way the best she could and made the entire process so easy. Everyone in the office and in maintenance are amazing. Beautiful property with nice amenities. I feel comfortable knowing this is where he calls home!
