Location is everything with this apt 3 blocks from the shops and restaurants in bustling downtown Covington and Mainstrasse Village. This apartment is perfect for a single, couple or 3 roommates. There are 2 sets of beautiful pocket doors off of the main space that can be used as private bedrooms or opened can allow for a huge open layout. A private shady balcony off of the main space is perfect for hot summer days, a warm spring or cool autumn nights. Tucked into a breezeway between buildings, the balcony is sheltered from the rain and traffic noise. The kitchen is very large with plenty of space for a table to entertain your guests, including a large pantry. The bathroom located off of the main hall has tasteful finishes and fixtures. There are several huge closets throughout the apartment and some storage space is available in the basement where coin operated washer and dryer are conveniently located as well.
