The staff here is amazing! Yvonne did a great job of showing me around and getting me an amazing studio apartment. The views are great and I was able to get a good deal for the place. Highly recommend for any student around Wayne state

I've lived here for 3 years, and I just moved out to move back to California. Love every minute of it. Considering the buildings were built in 1963 by Mies Van Der Rohe, it definitely has its quirks and character, so it won't be comparable to living in a newer apartment. If you set your expectation in living in an older building, you should be fine. I always kept my place clean and respected the grounds, and I never had any problems! One thing though, is that the security is like Fort Knox here. Which is a good thing and a bad thing. The process of visiting someone here is very involved. Probably will never get the chance to live in a place designed by one of the most influential architects ever again, and that view is to die for! Yvonne, one of the leasing agents, is the best! The only tip I have for the owner is to hire a restoration architect to bring back Mies Van Der Rohe's original details on how he intended his design to look.
