People who take pictures of peoples units or bash the property about towing are people who have been towed because they don’t listen to the rules. We have visitors parking and signs stating “Permit parking only” many people who have non renewals, who couldn’t get their way bc hod forbid apartments have rules. This place is always well cared for thanks to our property manager who leases, cleaning units, takes care of snow removal, helps residents and goes above and beyond for anyone.. she does leasing by appointment only because she is the only person who is onsite but she also wants to meet and get to know the potential residents and block out time for them so she can focus on your needs. That’s why it’s by appointment only. She takes care of this entire community which has Almost 700 residents .. pretty impressive to me
Happy to have called this home for over two years. We moved into our unit in early 2020 while some of the other buildings were under construction. The unit was not fully completed when we moved in, but most of the issues were addressed within days. We were also surprised by the small sizes of the pool and fitness room; in the end, we did not take advantage of either. Nonetheless, despite some bumps early on, we very much enjoyed living at the MacGregor Cut. The unit was not “luxury,” but it was certainly clean, spacious, and comfortable. Compared to Boston, where we had lived for several years prior, the rent was reasonable for the quality of the building and amenities. Kevin, who handles maintenance, is extremely helpful and hardworking. We did not have any major issues with our unit, but whenever something minor came up, Kevin or Julie addressed it within a day or two. They both went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It is true that management is very strict about parking, but if you are smart about it, you will not have issues. (Again, compared to Boston, any free parking is nice to have.) Our biggest complaint was snow removal - everyone has an assigned time to move their cars or else get towed; it becomes very confusing and disorganized. All issues aside, we really did enjoy living here and would have stayed longer if we could have. Londonderry is a great community, too.

Julie has been the property manager after the first 4 buildings were finished. Julie became property manager and really put 300% into making sure residents were happy.
Not only did she have all the new buildings rented for new tenants when they were still building but she also changed residences perception on an actual property manager that cares about her residents and fur babies.
She is business all day/ 24-7 / witnessed many times on weekends or after hours, she has events for families and the children who live here during her time off. This is unheard of anywhere else you rent and we all know that and it should be known she is the reason for everything she provides here! She deserves the credit for the ability to run a community this large by herself.100%
She shovels out people who are struggling if snow was too heavy and car had dead battery. Instead of towing her resident, other residents joined including Julie, dug the resident out, had the tow company jump start his battery so he could move his car.
Julie helps residence when they need light bulbs changed, battery for detectors, puts popsicles, snacks, juice boxes and waters in fridge for the kids during the summer.
She decorates according to holidays or just for fun themed competitions on property and in the clubhouse.
What property manager will bring residents packages ordered and delivered from Amazon, fed ex, UPS, etc into the clubhouse which requires fobs for residences only to enter. EVEN HAS CONTAINERS labeled by building with smaller packages and places bigger packages on side lined up! everything is labeled in marker ex 4-787 so residents are able to just see it clearly and grab
What property manager or company does that? No one - THIS IS ALL JULIE -
we see her picking up trash, cleaning up dumpster area! She takes great pride when it comes to keep the community clean and safe for everyone.
JULIE MAINVILLE cleans common areas, maintains the pool all summer, leases units, handles all the move in and move out inspections, monitors and controls unusual activity. There are 288 units, over 800 residents and she knows everyone in every unit, what they drive, their pets names, if they have health conditions or anything else- she cares about everyone.
We are not a check for rent to her. We are all humans with every day life situations.
I have noticed over the last 5 years people moved out years ago and noticed a few familiar faces back again. To me that says volume for a property manager who does it all.
Everyone says - SHE IS WHY WE DONT LEAVE. unless they are purchasing a house.
Probably the most protected property in Londonderry and within the 30 mile radius because police officers, firefighters, EMTS, nurses and those who are front line workers are shown that they are all welcome to live here. That is the point of having workforce housing if you research it.
They need to be close enough to work, need to be able to afford something that is clean, safe and affordable for everyone. 1/2 units based on market rate value of rockingham county and 1/2 workforce housing is based same way, but all units are the same regardless.
But at the end of the day, people who have written bad reviews are the ones who probably don’t live here anymore because they didn’t like rules and laws which are not Julie’s fault- she is not the owner of this complex. She has bosses and the town also has laws and regulations but she is the one who got signs for permit parking only and fought to get us guest parking so people should be thankful and very appreciative for everything she does. I would not want her job because no one else could handle everything and still look calm and respectful

I lived here for over a year and it was great. All the negative reviews are mainly from people complaining about their inability to read signs and lack of self-responsibility in accepting that they parked in the wrong area and got towed, or didn't move their car on time for snow removal. That's on the driver.
Property and apartment was very clean and up-to-date. Julie was always super nice and accommodating, as busy as she always is.
I love the area, Derry and Londonderry. I would have continued to live in the apartment but a new job took me cross country. Hoping to be able to move back fairly soon and this complex is going to be the first place I check when that time comes.
I LOVE my apartment!! I just moved 3 weeks ago and it's been great so far. I went through the application process with Emily and she was pleasure to work with. Julie has addressed any issues I've had and has been very good about communication. Kevin the maintenance guy is very upbeat and is a hard worker. Vinny was great to work with on my paint touch up. So far it has been a positive experience overall, I have never lived in an apartment development before and I am so glad I moved here. :)

This is a fantastic community with very welcoming people. The buildings and the property is very well maintained. Julie the property manager is an absolute sweet heart. Extremely professional and regardless of the time of day or night she will make sure you're taken care of. Her and the leasing manager Emily always go above and beyond for the residents here and that is a huge part of why this place is so great.
I don't think you could find a better dog friendly community.
I’ve lived here for almost a year and I’m very happy to be renewing my lease for a second. Julie, the landlord, is an absolute sweetheart and has been extremely helpful the few times we’ve reached out to her within the last year. The neighborhood is gorgeous, in an extremely convenient location, and the few neighbors I’ve run into have been very friendly. I’ll also add that the interiors of the apartments are beautiful as well. Will be sad when the time comes to move!

I moved to McGregor cut apartments about a month ago. Julie is the property manager and Emily Is a right hand girl. Between the 2 of them, I, I have felt informed and safe, with all my questions answered, Before & After moving in. These apartments are quiet and beautiful. People have been welcoming and I would give it 10 stars to move in. The atmosphere is quiet and the apartments are beautiful for the money.. It is gorgeous And the surroundings Are absolutely beautiful.I would highly recommend renting an apartment or 2!!!! I am very happy here and I hope you will be too.
