I recently dropped by Raintree Apartments for a tour and was really impressed! Plenty of amenities even a heated pool. The staff was kind and welcoming! Dorothy was amazing. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a place

Recently concluded a 4 year stay here. Amenities are what you would expect from a Middle class lease; all expectations met. What really shined was the front office support: They were very responsive and courteous with work orders. A few times there were accounting errors with the autopay system, they took my side and waived late fees several times, not because I bullied them into it, but because they treat their residents like people, not tenants that only exist to owe them money.
