We leased this place at the start of the pandemic and it was the only place we could tour in person! We almost leased a place without seeing it and we tried this place out last and so glad it worked out perfectly. At the time I believe there was a different property manager, Cassandra? Candice? We didn’t have much experience with her and when we did she wasn’t very friendly. She was just “eh”. The apartments themselves are beautiful!! (Currently buying a house and we keep comparing everything to our apartment). Large bedrooms, large closets, and large bathroom! The apartment is our first and last apartment because as I mentioned we are purchasing a home but this was the best apartment ever. So glad to have made this place our home. Now for the real, yeah sometimes you hear your neighbors but honestly, it isn’t all that bad at all! Walls aren’t sound proof but noise thankfully for us hasn’t been an issue with our neighbors. Minor things like people walking their dogs off leash around the building is a bit annoying but as long as those dogs don’t run up on mine there is no problem lol. Next thing, Ben, top notch guy. We’ve had complaints throughout the year for minor things and he has ALWAYS been helpful. Always. Recently we had an issue with the landscaping people and Ben was honest about never having that issue occur before but he found a way to help us out which we greatly appreciate. I will say the apartments themselves are amazing, but with the service we’ve gotten from Ben takes this complex up a notch. We are so sad to be leaving our apartment end of May but we are so happy to have made it a home. - Jessica & Dylan

I spoke with Amanda and she made me feel like I was welcomed. Even though the availability didn’t work for my time frame she still made me feel comfortable enough to move in tomorrow! From start to finish she was amazing !
