Columbia Glade was an amazing place to live for me and my boyfriend. Paul and Tony from maintenance are super friendly and approachable, and our maintenance issues were always promptly addressed. Karen is professional and very good at communicating promptly too. And last but not least, Emily in the leasing office is one of the sweetest people ever, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. The location and neighborhood are awesome—and the Amazon lockers are a plus. Highly recommend Columbia Glade!

Columbia Glade is a wonderful community―thanks to the fabulous property management team. It is a quiet, well-maintained property with spacious apartments. The property manager and office staff are welcoming, very friendly, and willing to work with renters on any issue, question, or concern. The maintenance team members are knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond― outside, I always appreciate our friendly “Hello!” exchanges. I take issue with some of the earlier posts highlighting matters during the ownership transition. The earlier posts fail to acknowledge that transitions are never one-sided. I know for a fact that both the local and corporate teams at Avalon pulled away from property and renter problems before the transition. As a result, Avalon created chaos before and during the transition, and contributed to every breakdown issue. Again, Columbia Glade is a terrific community with an exceptional property management team. Thank you, Columbia Glade!
