We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $35 per applicant, deposit - $300, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back. Utility Service Fee- $3.50. Junior was very kind and very fast in making sure our washing machine was working properly. He got to the apartment really fast too. He even cleaned up the water because we didn’t have a mop :)

I’ve been here almost 2 years and the apartments are lovely. Junior is a great maintenance man. He’s friendly, helpful and always gets the job done. I don’t have to worry about anything with him. I only trust him inside my home when I’m not home. He always asks how everything is running after he fixes it. Thanks so much keep up the good work. Also the office people are great love them.
